RentTools is a tool and equipment rental shop at HaKongres St 10 in Tel Aviv. We keep the tools you need for a few days, so you don’t have to buy them for life.
Why rent at all
A good miter saw costs a few thousand shekels. If you’re building one shelf, it works for two days and then sits in a corner of your storage until you sell it at half price. Renting solves that: you pay for the days the tool is actually in your hands, and give it back.
It works the other way too. A professional tool you buy once gets older every year: the model improves, the battery weakens, the standard changes. Our stock keeps being renewed, so you get the current generation, not what you bought in 2019.

What’s in the shop
From 17 kg demolition hammers and mobile scaffold towers up to 9 meters, through tile cutters and airless paint sprayers, to chainsaws, floor polishers, welders and strollers. 18 categories, and the stock keeps growing.
How it works
- Pick the tool in the online catalog, by category or search.
- Set a pickup date and time.
- Pay for the rental itself. The deposit is a hold on your credit card; it isn’t actually charged.
- Pick up from the shop during opening hours, or from the ToolsLocker station at any hour.
No quotes, no unnecessary phone calls. Every price is on the product page, and the order is completed online from start to finish. If you’re still not sure which tool is right, call us and we’ll gladly point you the right way.
ToolsLocker, our automatic system
ToolsLocker is a system of automatic stations we developed, so equipment can be picked up and returned even when the shop is closed. Order online, get a code, open the locker. That’s what makes renting a rotary hammer at seven in the morning possible.

That most of the world’s tools sit unused most of the time. The average household drill works for a few minutes in its whole life, and still every home buys one.
Renting doesn’t just save money. It also means one tool serves dozens of people instead of one. Less manufacturing, less shipping, less equipment rolling into a storeroom and then into the bin. That isn’t a slogan on our wall; it’s simply what happens when the business works.
